How do I know my size? 📏
Sizing is easy! Our products are designed one-size fits most ranging from XS-XXL+ (North American sizing) because key straps are made fully adjustable for comfort and optimum fit.
If you're unsure of sizing, each product listing on our website details the measurements in centimetres from minimum to maximum and maximum (with stretch).
What if my size is outside the measurement range you specify for the product I want? 🙌
Please contact us via e-mail at info@onyxbodywear.com or DM. We can make a custom size (at no up-charge!), so please get in touch with your questions. We also do custom orders for colours, etc. at an additional cost.
Where do you ship? How much does shipping cost? ✉️
Free tracked shipping is available for orders within Canada and the US for order over $100+ CAD (after discounts). Free shipping is available for international orders of $175+ CAD or more (after discounts).
Shipping rates are calculated at check-out and vary depending on the shipment method you have selected.
Note: if you want tracking for packages to the US or International destinations, please select tracked packet options.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? ⏱️
We generally ship orders within 2-3 business days. Packages arrive anywhere from 2-10 days (Canada and the US) after they are shipped (regular/standard shipping) depending on the destination.
Local Vancouver orders arrive in 2-3 business days and within Canada 5-10 business days. The arrival of your package also varies depending on the shipment method you have selected. Orders outside of North America can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the destination.

How can I pay for my order on this website? 💵
You can purchase your ONYX Bodywear product(s) using our secure, encrypted website checkout system powered by Shopify. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
What kind of materials do you use? 🧵
All of our products are ethically made and vegan. We use a high-quality, durable, woven black stretch strapping (similar to bra straps) for our cage bras, harnesses, and garters. It is sateen on the outside and soft on the inside, so it is comfortable on your skin with no chafing.
We use robust clasps and all metal hardware (rings, hooks, etc.) in our products. The metal is nylon coated and hypoallergenic.
Do you make all of your own products? ✂️
We design, sew and produce all of our products in Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia and Edmonton, Alberta. Our products are handmade to order (so there is no wastage), but we also pre-make stock of our popular styles.
How do I care for my product? 🧼
Handwash your product in cold water or machine wash with cold water on a delicate cycle with light detergent. Hang to dry and store. Fabric softeners or bleach are not recommended.
Do you accept returns? 🫶
We know you will LOVE our products, but sometimes what you purchase on-line isn't quite what you thought it would be. Items can be returned if you contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
